Shipping & Tracking Order

When will my order arrive?

  • Local delivery is expected within 7 working days except for Pre-Order product & certain sales period.

How much does shipping cost?

  • Local Delivery
    • An estimated shipping rate will be calculated base on the order weight & size.
    • A projected shipping fees will be calculate base on few shipping provider and we will ship out using our preferred shipping partner.

When will my order be processed?

Please note that orders that are placed after 3 pm will be processed and dispatched the next available business day - Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. 

How will I know if my order has been shipped and how do I track it?

Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details and estimated time of delivery of your order.

Can I redirect my delivery after it’s been dispatched?

In most cases, we are able to issue a redirection request to our couriers. Simply drop us a call right away at +65 8813 1131 and we will assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. Size and colour exchanges are available and applicable only for the same product, subject to stock availability. In the event of exchanging to a different product, the new item has to be of similar/higher value of which the customer has to pay the difference.
  2. Please note that all returns/exchanges must be securely packaged and returned in an original sellable condition. All returns/exchanges that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and be held responsible by the customer.
  3. Returns/Exchanges must be notified of, confirmed and returned within 7 days from order fulfillments. To submit your returns/exchange request, contact us at Contact@131express.com with your order number and product exchange information.
  4. All postage costs incurred from returns/exchanges will be borne by the customer.
  5. Note: All SALE purchases are final and non-exchange/refundable, unless in the unlikely event of an error in your order received due to our oversight. In such circumstances, all postage incurred will be borne by us. If you have received a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 5 days from order fulfilment.
